All women’s apparel orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within standard processing time after successful payment confirmation. Processing days refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding French public holidays, weekends and official statutory holidays.

Pre-order & Restock Items: Processing time will be clearly marked on each corresponding product page, with a maximum processing period of 10 business days

During peak shopping seasons, promotional events (Black Friday, seasonal sales), or unexpected order surges, processing time may be extended by 2–4 additional business days. We will send timely email notifications to customers for any abnormal delays.

Once the order is packed and dispatched, no further modifications to delivery address, product size, color or order contents can be made.

For all shipments delivered within the EU single market, no additional customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees will be charged to customers.

For orders shipped to non-EU regions, any local import taxes, customs clearance fees, administrative charges or related tariffs shall be fully borne by the customer. We strictly declare parcel value and product information in accordance with international logistics regulations, and will not modify declaration values to avoid customs fees.

7. Damaged, Lost & Missing Items

Customers shall inspect the outer package and product integrity immediately after receiving the parcel. All parcel abnormality issues must be reported to our support team with valid photos and evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Goods: If items are damaged during transit due to logistics reasons, we provide free replacement, partial refund or full refund solutions, with all return shipping costs covered by Fancytin.

Lost Parcels: Once the courier confirms parcel loss after official investigation, we will offer customers the option of free reshipment or full order refund.

Missing Items: For missing item issues, customers need to provide unboxing videos, package photos and relevant proof. We will resend the missing products completely free of charge after verification.

8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

Parcels returned to our warehouse due to customer reasons will incur additional return logistics fees, which will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount:
