1. Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal Right

In accordance with French consumer law, you have an unconditional statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason or justification.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you or a third party (excluding the courier) takes physical possession of the ordered women’s apparel items. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period commences upon receipt of the final item of the order.

If we fail to properly inform you of your withdrawal rights prior to purchase, the legal return period will be extended to 12 months and 14 days as required by French consumer regulations.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund via our statutory withdrawal right, all returned fashion items must meet the following conditions:

Items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors, scratches, or personal alterations.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and protective accessories are fully intact and attached.

The return request is formally submitted within the valid 14-day withdrawal period.

Products are not classified as non-returnable goods specified in Clause 3.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods. Items that fail inspection will not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to partial refund rejection.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Pursuant to French consumer law exemptions, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized, personalized, or made-to-measure clothing tailored according to customer individual requirements.

Sealed intimate apparel, swimwear, lingerie, and hosiery once the hygiene seal is broken or removed, for health and safety protection purposes.

Final sale, clearance, or discounted items explicitly marked “Final Sale / No Returns” on product pages and at checkout.

Products damaged due to customer improper use, washing, maintenance, or artificial damage after delivery.

4. How to Submit a Return Request

Please follow the official return process to apply for withdrawal and refund:

Step 1: Submit a withdrawal notice

Send a clear written return application to our official email: hello@fancytin.com, including your order number, full name, contact information, and list of items to return.

Step 2: Receive return instructions

Our customer service team will reply within 24 working hours, providing official return shipping guidelines and verified return address.

Step 3: Send back the goods

Please ship the eligible returned items to our designated return address within 14 calendar days after submitting your withdrawal notice. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking number as valid proof of delivery.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsible: For voluntary returns (change of mind, style mismatch, size unsuitable), customers shall bear all return shipping fees and related logistics costs.

Store responsible: If items are received defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or inconsistent with product descriptions, we will fully cover return shipping costs and provide prepaid return labels upon verification.

We do not reimburse expedited or premium return shipping fees voluntarily selected by customers.

6. Refund Processing Rules

In compliance with French legal requirements, we process refunds strictly as follows:

We will initiate the full refund (including standard delivery fees paid by customers) within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting your returned goods or receiving valid return shipping proof.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used at checkout. No alternative refund channels are supported without official written confirmation.

Any extra premium shipping fees paid during order placement will not be refunded.

Partial refunds will be applied if returned items are worn, damaged, missing tags/packaging, or have obvious user traces, based on our official inspection results.

7. Legal Warranty (2-Year Statutory Guarantee)

All apparel products sold by Fancytin enjoy a 2-year statutory legal warranty in accordance with French consumer law, valid from the date of customer receipt.

If products have manufacturing defects, quality problems, or do not conform to product descriptions within the warranty period, customers may contact our support team within 30 days of receipt with defect photos and order details. We provide free solutions including full refund, free replacement, or free repair, with all related shipping costs borne by our store.

Warranty services do not cover damage caused by artificial use, improper cleaning, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Pre-Shipment Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel any unpaid or unshipped orders free of charge at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@fancytin.com with your order number. Once the order is shipped, only the 14-day statutory return policy applies.

9. Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of France. In case of any disputes, both parties shall first resolve via friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French consumer mediation institution or local judicial court for resolution.
